Here at Rebecca Creek Retrievers, we've been reading, researching, and learning about new brands that we'd like to partner with for our dog foods and other products.
We have decided to partner with two premium brands that offer perks to us and our clients.
While there are many pet food companies with breeder partner programs, we want to mention that we've purposely decided not to partner with any MLM companies. There are a couple of reasons for this:
We aren't high-pressure salespeople. Those of you who know us know we want what's best for you, your family, and your pets. Companies that rely on an MLM sales model encourage their partners to sell using high-pressure tactics, and we do not support this.
We don't want to wish to rely on recruiting new salespeople to earn more commissions. We just want companies that offer quality nutrition, great products, great customer service, and good healthy food.
There are two fantastic companies that we love and want to tell you about.
The first is TLC Pet Food. Why TLC, you might ask? Well, after diligent research, as well as several conversations with the company itself, we've decided that the quality of the ingredients in their pet foods is practically unmatched. There are pre and probiotics in the formula, their products are naturally preserved, superfoods are included, and there are no byproducts or fillers. The list goes on and on. They also offer auto-ship options, and free delivery to your doorstep. The value in these products is obvious to us. TLC is a family-owned company and we're really happy to be partnering with them.
TLC's product line is simple and makes your decisions as a Goldendoodle owner quick & easy. They carry an all life stages food, a puppy food, and treats. Check out the products below.
TLC Whole Life Dog Food for Goldendoodles
🐾 TLC's Whole Life Dog Food is an "All Life Stages" food. This means that it meets the nutritional requirements for puppies, adults, and seniors alike. If you are a multiple-dog household with dogs in varying life stages, such as a puppy and a senior dog living together, TLC's Whole Life Dog Food is an easy choice for you.
💪 We also love that TLC's Whole Life Dog Food offers joint support as a standard addition to this formula.
💡 Two 15-pound bags (30 pounds) will feed one 50-pound Goldendoodle for approximately one month.
TLC Whole Life Puppy Food for Goldendoodle Puppies
TLC's Whole Life Puppy Food has slightly higher protein and fat content for growing puppies. We recommend this formula for young puppies and active dogs under 2 years of age.
💪 We love that TLC's Whole Life Puppy Food offers tailored nutrition for young and developing puppies.
💡 We recommend switching your Goldendoodle puppy to an All Life Stages formula before 12 months of age.
TLC Whole Life Dog Biscuits for Goldendoodles
TLC's Whole Life Dog Biscuits are a nutritious treat option for both puppies and adult dogs. We recommend these treats for special occasions as well as training!
💪 We love that TLC's Whole Life Dog Biscuits contain a therapeutic amount of glucosamine and chondroitin for healthy hips and joints!
💡 TLC's Whole Life Dog Biscuits are easy to break into smaller pieces, so you can even use them for Goldendoodle puppy training!
We have tried many different dog food brands for our Goldendoodles over the years.
In the past, we have fed Purina Pro Plan and Victor dog foods. We also tried a bulk food that we could purchase at our local feed store. The bulk food was called Valu-Pak. It's a food that was developed by a veterinarian who owns a hunting dog kennel company. We were generally happy with all of these brands, but we're always striving to do better in the nutrition department. We want our Goldendoodles and yours to live long, happy, and healthy lives.
We’re equally excited about the other new company that we’ve decided to partner with.
The company is called Health Extension, another premium brand committed to excellence for our Goldendoodles. Why a second company, you might ask? We know that you like choices, and we like choices too. We wanted to offer a second choice that also provides comparable, seemingly unmatched nutrition in their products. Health Extension products are within the same price range as TLC’s products, and there are perks for all of us, just like TLC pet food. Health Extension even boasts some organic ingredients in its formulas!
Health Extension has a full product line that we are thrilled to share with you. Below you will find a list of our recommended products.
Health Extension Dog Food for Goldendoodles
We recommend the Original Chicken & Brown Rice Recipe from Health Extension because of the organic chicken used in the formula. Many food allergies that Goldendoodles can experience are not due to the foods themselves, but rather the hazardous processing procedures used to manufacture the ingredients into kibble.
💪 Health Extension uses high-quality ingredients as a starting point, which we love.
💡 One 15-pound bag will last a 50-pound Goldendoodle for approximately 30 days.
Health Extension Digestive Support for Goldendoodles
Health Extension's Digestive Support wet canned food is ideal to keep on hand for those days when your Goldendoodle isn't feeling his best. Sometimes dogs just need a little gut reset, and this Digestive Support food paired with Health Extension's probiotic supplement are the key!
💪 Health Extension's Digestive Support formulas contain pumpkin, turmeric, and ginger.
💡 We recommend keeping at least a few cans on hand for times when your Goldendoodle needs support.
As always, we know that our Goldendoodles' diets directly affect the quality and longevity of their lives.
We love sharing new products and partnerships with you that we're passionate about it. We're always striving to do better for our Goldendoodles, and want to help you do the same. We're always learning and we're always going to share these things with you.
We hope that you will try these products and help support our program!
