Our application is a communication tool and not a pass/fail mechanism. Please provide detailed, honest information on your puppy application. This information will help us make your puppy-purchasing experience with Rebecca Creek Retrievers as successful as possible.

Being dishonest or misleading about things that could be important to the success of your new puppy ownership journey is harmful to both the puppy and your family. For example, if a member of your household has allergies, but you refuse to disclose this us for fear that we will not sell you the puppy you want, you are only perpetuating a very disappointing experience.
